Palmatin is working on the house drawings. Naturhusgruppen is developing the detailed drawings and inspection plan and coordinating with Drivadan. Nordea is arranging the construction loan. A lot has to happen before building can start. The provisional date for the municipal technical consultation is 19 November, so most of the documents need to be ready by then.
As the plot is outside a detailed development-plan area, we can at least begin digging to understand the bedrock. If we are unlucky, some will need blasting or splitting. The main construction work probably will not begin until spring.
